Catrin is another good daughter of the successful sire SM †Acton Rowen. Like her dam Carys she has been a consistent prize winner and milker all her life and has lasted well into old age. She was photographed here at 8½ years of age still yielding in excess of 5 kilos of milk.

Catrin is also pictured on the home page as second kidder. She currently only needs a Q* for her full Championship.

Bronwen was yet another highly successful daughter of SM†Acton Rowen. She milked well as a first kidder yielding in excess of 7.5 kilos and was a prolific show winner until retired from the show ring to make way for her several successful daughters.

She produced the 2 full Champions CH. Bronya and CH. Branwen as well as the Breed champion Bronte. She was also the mother of the successful male Charnocks Bradwen.

Bronte was only shown for one year with the Charnocks herd, where as a first kidder she yielded in excess of 6 kilos of milk and won her Breed championship as well as 3 Challenge Certificates. She then successfully continued her career with Mrs J Hunt. As a first kidder she also produced Charnocks Bronerys who went on to become a full Champion.

Enid gained her Breed Championship as a first kidder prior to her show career being cut short by Foot and Mouth Disease restrictions. In that year she gave a peak yield of 7.75 kilos and won 3 Challenge Certificates and 2 Reserves.

Shown again for the first time in 2003 she was awarded 4 IPCCs , 5 CCs and 5 BCCs, giving a highest show yield of 6.25 kilos, running through. She only awaits a Q* for her Championship.

Bronina's sire, SM † Aphrodite Shaun, is one of the most successful British Toggenburg sires ever produced who has sired numerous Champion and Breed Champion high yielding daughters. Nina was produced by artificial insemination long after his demise . Although not one of our highest yielders herself, she is a consistent milker and a big, elegant animal with great presence.

She obtained her Breed Championship as a second kidder and has won numerous first prizes and Best in Shows.

Brianna is a daughter of probably the best goat ever bred in the Charnocks herd, Charnocks Branwen. She is the litter sister of the successful male §167/177† Charnocks Brin. She is a consistent high yielder who gave 8.7 kilos at an official check weigh as a first kidder, going on to record 2024 kilos in that year. She is also a consistant prizewinner in the showring and only needs a Q* for her full championship.

In 2006 as a second kidder she won the Montieth challenge trophy for the highest yielding goat at a show nationwide with a yield of 8.9 kilos.
